Season 2 Rules, settings etc

Now the polls are closed we are pretty much the same as last season except prize fund entry and split - see below.

KENT 360 RACERS - SEASON 2 GAME SETTINGS

SIM SETTINGS:
Rules and Flags - REDUCED
Tyre Wear - ON
Fuel Load Sim - ON
Car Damage - FULL
Car Performance - EQUAL
Collisions - FULL

ASSIST SETTINGS:
Braking Assist - BANNED
ABS - ALLOWED
Traction Control - ALLOWED
Dynamic Racing Line - ALLOWED
Gearbox - ALLOWED
Pit Limiter - ALLOWED
Pit Box Control - ALLOWED

POINTS SYSTEM:
12 points for 1st down to 1 point for 12th

WEATHER WILL BE DYNAMIC AND RACE DISTANCE 20%

CARS WILL BE RANDOM EACH RACE AND EQUAL PERFORMANCE

ENTRY FEE £20 AND PRIZE SPLIT AS FOLLOWS:

1st = £90.00
2nd = £45.00
3rd = £30.00
4th = £25.00
5th = £20.00
6th = £10.00
Most Poles = £10.00
Most Wins = £10.00

KENT 360 RACERS – ONLINE LEAGUE SEASON 2 RULES

Qualifying:
1. Qualifying will be ran as normal on the game (15 minutes). We will have the qualifying session first, then the race straight after.
2. No cutting corners (game will invalidate lap).
3. If you are not on a hot lap please keep off the racing line. - and check your mirrors or the circuit map regularly!
4. No bumping in to other drivers. - and be aware when you exit the pits for cars coming down the pit straight.
5) The game will record the times automatically and you will be placed into the race, on to the grid immediately after the session. If you need to set up please do it quickly! Probably best to save your setups so you can load these quickly from the pit monitor screen. Once done go to the engineer and 'Go to Race'

Race:
1. All cars will be set to the exact same spec, so it does not matter who you are. Each car will be the same.
2. No Cutting corners when on the track (game rules will apply)
3. Stay out of trouble, no deliberate collisions, please avoid collisions the best you can as this will lead to disqualifications and other unhappy drivers - and lots of swearing.
4. The race distance will be 20% of the full grand prix length of that track.
During this time you must make at least one pit stop and use both types of tyre, both harder and softer compounds. If the race is full wet or intermediates, you can stay on those tyres throughout the full race.
5. If you are being lapped please stay off racing line and do not cause disruptions to the drivers.
6. If you come off the track please try and return to the track as soon as you can, and as safely as you can, without causing incidents.
7. Weather will be set to dynamic, who knows what surprises we will get!
8. If you crash out of the race (total your car) please remain in the lobby until the end of the race, by all means leave your Xbox on and return.
9. Points will be awarded to the drivers at the end of the race. 12 points for 1st down to 1 for 12th. If you get lapped during a race invariably the game will end once the leader finishes the race and your then listed as DNF. Your position in the race will still count and points awarded accordingly. No points will be awared for a DSQ or if you total your car and receive a DNF.
10. Please follow race flags. If you do not follow the flag’s then this could lead to penalties. Learn the flags before you race!
Flags will be set to reduced but as we know you can sometimes get penalties for no apparant reason - just stay out of trouble and then it shoudln't happen!

Finally If you are disconnected during the qualifying or the race then you will not be invited back in and receive no points.
Please make sure you are running a good connection and are not downloading during the race on other devices. We need to make the races as smooth as possible
